Who you are

You have over 10 years of experience in revenue operations, with a proven track record of designing and implementing go-to-market strategies that drive growth across various customer segments. Your expertise in aligning sales, marketing, and customer success teams has resulted in measurable improvements in efficiency and effectiveness. You are data-driven and have a strong understanding of analytics and forecasting, enabling you to govern end-to-end data and build actionable dashboards that inform strategic decisions.

You possess a deep knowledge of the technology stack that supports revenue operations, including tools like Salesforce, Outreach, and Gong. Your ability to optimize these platforms has led to enhanced productivity and streamlined processes within your teams. You thrive in a collaborative environment and have experience working closely with executives to shape long-term planning and customer journey strategies.

Your leadership style is focused on building high-performing teams that are globally distributed, and you have a knack for driving alignment across diverse functions. You understand the importance of clean, trusted revenue data and have successfully implemented systems that provide board-ready insights and decisions. You are passionate about leveraging AI to enhance forecasting accuracy and improve sales efficiency.

What you'll do

As the Senior Director of Revenue Operations at ComplyAdvantage, you will be responsible for designing and scaling the operating system behind our global go-to-market strategy. This high-impact role requires you to bridge GTM strategy, execution, and data, ensuring alignment across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Product teams. You will drive predictable and efficient growth across regions and products, enhancing forecasting accuracy and elevating sales efficiency.

You will partner with executives to shape long-term planning, define target addressable markets, and develop customer journey strategies. Your role will involve driving quarterly GTM initiatives and eliminating bottlenecks across the sales funnel. You will govern end-to-end data, build actionable dashboards, and deliver strategic insights that inform decision-making at all levels of the organization.

In addition, you will own and optimize our GTM tech stack, focusing on integrating AI-enhanced tools that fuel automation and productivity. You will lead a globally distributed RevOps team, ensuring that they are high-performing and aligned with the company's objectives. Your success will be measured by the unified GTM operating rhythm you establish across teams, the accuracy of forecasting, and the trustworthiness of revenue data.
