Who you are

You have a strong background in talent acquisition, ideally with experience in scaling teams within a tech environment. Your expertise lies in attracting and engaging top-tier talent across various functions, including engineering, finance, and sales. You understand the nuances of the hiring process and are adept at building relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders to ensure alignment on talent needs.

You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively convey the company’s value proposition to potential candidates. Your ability to assess candidates' skills and cultural fit is paramount, and you are comfortable navigating the complexities of recruitment in a fast-paced environment. You are proactive in sourcing candidates and have a knack for leveraging various platforms and networks to find the best talent.

You are data-driven and understand the importance of metrics in recruitment. You can analyze hiring trends and adjust strategies accordingly to meet the company’s growth objectives. Your experience in managing the full recruitment lifecycle ensures that you can deliver a seamless candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding.

Desirable

Experience in the beauty and wellness industry would be a plus, as it would give you insights into the specific talent needs of Fresha. Familiarity with both B2B and employment contracts is also beneficial, as this role may involve navigating different types of agreements.

What you'll do

As a Senior Talent Partner at Fresha, you will play a critical role in supporting the company’s ambitious global growth strategy. You will work closely with the Global Head of Talent and collaborate with hiring managers to identify talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Your primary focus will be on scaling the team in Warsaw, ensuring that Fresha attracts and retains the best talent in the industry.

You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating the offer process. Your ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers will be essential in understanding their specific needs and ensuring that the recruitment process aligns with the company’s goals.

You will also be involved in employer branding initiatives, helping to position Fresha as an employer of choice in the beauty and wellness sector. By leveraging your network and utilizing various sourcing strategies, you will identify and engage with top talent, ensuring a diverse and inclusive candidate pool.

In addition, you will analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of your strategies and make data-driven decisions to improve the hiring process. Your insights will help shape the future of talent acquisition at Fresha, contributing to the overall success of the organization.
