Smartsheet is seeking a Product Manager II to develop new capabilities that empower customers to drive meaningful change. You'll collaborate with teams globally to define the future of work collaboration. This role requires a strong understanding of customer needs and industry best practices.
You have a solid background in product management, ideally with experience in defining product vision and strategy based on customer needs and industry best practices. You are skilled at partnering with technical and product leaders to align strategies and platform investments. Your ability to present product concepts and roadmaps to senior leadership is a key strength, ensuring alignment and understanding across the organization. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with research, design, and engineering teams to create high-quality customer experiences. You are data-driven, using internal and external data to guide experimentation and evaluate success. Your communication skills allow you to influence and educate stakeholders effectively.
In this role, you will define a vision and strategy that aligns with company objectives and addresses customer needs. You will partner with technical and product leaders to ensure that the strategy is well-aligned with platform investments. Regular presentations of product concepts and roadmaps to senior leadership will be part of your responsibilities, helping to educate and influence decision-makers.
