Overview

Lalamove is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager to drive the acquisition and growth of new corporate accounts. You'll oversee the Acquisition Team and Business Development Associates, playing a critical role in expanding Lalamove for Business.

You have experience in sales management and a strong understanding of corporate account acquisition strategies. You are a natural leader who can motivate and guide teams towards achieving their goals. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders alike. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are adept at managing multiple priorities. You are results-driven and have a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. You understand the logistics and delivery industry, which helps you connect with clients effectively.

What you'll do

As the Assistant Sales Manager at Lalamove, you will support the Head of Sales in driving the acquisition of new corporate accounts. You will oversee the Acquisition Team, ensuring they are equipped with the tools and strategies needed to succeed. You will also manage the Business Development Associates, guiding them in their efforts to expand Lalamove's business offerings. Your role will involve analyzing market trends and identifying opportunities for growth. You will collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless experience for clients and to align sales strategies with overall business objectives. You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies that drive revenue and enhance customer satisfaction.
