Hightouch is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for their Mid-Market sales team. You'll lead a team of Account Executives and drive account development strategies. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills.
You have a proven track record in sales management, particularly in the mid-market segment, and you thrive in environments that require strategic thinking and team leadership. Your experience includes coaching and developing sales teams to achieve their quotas and drive overall account growth. You are results-oriented and motivated, with a strong ability to communicate effectively with both your team and cross-functional partners. You understand the importance of empathy in sales and are passionate about building high-impact teams that deliver exceptional results.
Experience in AI or marketing technology is a plus, as is familiarity with account-based marketing strategies. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and are adept at navigating the complexities of sales processes. Your ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights will help you guide your team effectively.
As the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of Account Executives focused on mid-market sales. You will provide ongoing feedback and coaching to ensure your team meets their sales targets and develops their skills. Collaborating closely with the Head of Revenue, you will help shape the sales strategy and drive execution across your region. You will also work with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Customer Success, to align efforts and maximize account growth. Your role will involve analyzing sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement, ensuring that your team is equipped with the tools and knowledge they need to succeed.
Hightouch offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $150,000-$175,000 and on-target earnings of $300,000-$350,000. You will also receive meaningful equity compensation in the form of ISO options, along with early exercise and a 10-year post-termination exercise window.
