You have at least 2 years of customer-facing experience and are passionate about delivering exceptional service. You understand the importance of creating positive experiences for customers and are eager to contribute to a team that values happiness in the car-buying process. You possess a valid driver's license and are able to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently. You are ready to embrace the 'Hauler-Life' and work flexible hours, including weekends.

Desirable

Experience in the automotive industry or a similar customer service role is a plus. You are adaptable and can thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.

What you'll do

As a Customer Delivery Driver at Carvana, you will be responsible for delivering vehicles to customers' driveways, ensuring that each delivery is a positive experience. You will engage with customers, answer their questions, and provide them with information about their new vehicle. Your role will also involve participating in community events to promote Carvana and its mission of reintroducing happiness into the car-buying process. You will be expected to work various shifts, including mornings and evenings, and be available to work seven days a week, with rotating days off.

Carvana offers a competitive starting hourly rate of $24/hr, with opportunities for growth based on performance. You can expect to see pay increases at three-month intervals, with the potential to earn up to $26/hr within your first year.
