You have a strong background in customer experience management, ideally with 3-5 years of experience in a similar role. You excel at building relationships and have a deep understanding of customer needs and expectations. Your technical knowledge allows you to effectively communicate with both customers and internal teams, ensuring a seamless experience. You are proactive in identifying potential issues and are skilled at managing escalations to maintain customer satisfaction. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams is essential in driving customer success and continuous improvement. You are comfortable using CRM tools to analyze customer data and identify opportunities for enhancing the customer experience.
As a Customer Experience Manager II at Rubrik, you will be the primary point of contact for specific accounts, responsible for managing their overall experience with our services. You will engage with customers to understand their needs and expectations, providing training on how to effectively utilize our support resources.
