HubSpot is hiring an Account Executive to manage the sales process for Brazil. You'll leverage inbound leads and conduct online demos to sell HubSpot's software. Fluency in Portuguese and English is required, along with 2-7 years of sales experience.
You are a skilled Account Executive with 2-7 years of experience in sales, preferably within a web technologies or innovative online product environment. You possess fluency in both Portuguese and English, enabling you to effectively communicate with clients in Brazil. Your background includes experience in high-volume prospecting and conducting discovery calls, allowing you to identify customer challenges and present tailored solutions. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with marketing and technology departments to execute sales strategies that align with HubSpot's values and vision.
Experience in inbound marketing strategies is a plus, as is familiarity with HubSpot's suite of products. You are a brand enthusiast who can passionately convey the value proposition of HubSpot's offerings to potential clients. Your ability to build relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders is key to your success in growing new business.
In this role, you will take charge of the complete sales process for the Brazil territory, from identifying leads to closing new clients. You will benefit from inbound leads to identify opportunities and will run online demos of HubSpot software to showcase its capabilities. Your goal is to close new business consistently at or above quota levels, serving as a brand ambassador for HubSpot's products and solutions. You will follow up on highly qualified opportunities across Brazil, ensuring that you address the unique challenges faced by prospective customers.
You will collaborate with marketing and technology teams to execute sales strategies as HubSpot introduces enhancements to existing solutions and releases new products. Your insights and strategies will contribute to advancing the company's values and unique culture. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of your sales activities and client interactions, ensuring that you meet your targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
