Esri is seeking a Senior Account Manager to enhance relationships with local government clients in the Greater Boston Area. You'll leverage your expertise in geospatial technology to drive customer success and identify growth opportunities. This role is remote eligible.
You have a strong background in account management, particularly within the local government sector, and understand the unique challenges these organizations face. Your customer-oriented approach allows you to build lasting relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse teams. You possess a deep understanding of geospatial technology and its applications, enabling you to provide valuable insights to clients. You are skilled at identifying key stakeholders and navigating complex organizational structures to drive engagement and adoption of technology solutions.
You thrive in environments where you can apply your strategic thinking to develop and implement location strategies for large, complex organizations. Your ability to articulate the value of technology solutions helps you create new opportunities within high-level accounts. You are comfortable presenting at trade shows, workshops, and seminars, showcasing your expertise and promoting Esri's offerings. You understand the intricacies of customer budgeting and acquisition processes, allowing you to effectively guide clients through their decision-making journeys.
Experience in the geospatial technology field is a plus, as is familiarity with local government operations. In this role, you will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with local government clients. You will prospect, develop, and implement location strategies that address the unique needs of large organizations. You will participate in and present at various industry events, sharing your knowledge and insights with potential clients and stakeholders.
You will work closely with your team to understand customer needs and demonstrate the relevance of geospatial technology in addressing their challenges. By identifying key stakeholders and business drivers within organizations, you will gain access to executive decision-makers and influence their technology adoption strategies. Your role will involve understanding complex customer budgeting and acquisition processes, ensuring that you can effectively guide clients through their purchasing decisions.
