Overview

GumGum is seeking a Sales Director to lead sales efforts for their innovative digital advertising platform. You'll be responsible for developing key client relationships and driving sales growth. This role requires over 5 years of media sales experience.

You have over 5 years of proven media sales experience, demonstrating a deep understanding of the online media landscape and the advertising community. As a self-motivated leader, you excel in building and nurturing key relationships that drive value for clients through innovative advertising solutions. Your ability to work collaboratively with internal teams is essential as you strive to achieve and exceed sales goals while promoting GumGum's products in your allocated region.

Your experience in the advertising industry has equipped you with the skills to navigate complex client needs and deliver tailored solutions that resonate with their objectives. Desirable

Experience in digital advertising or a related field is a plus, as is familiarity with AI technology in advertising. What you'll do

As the Sales Director at GumGum, you will be responsible for prospecting and closing sales within the company's market-leading advertising platform. Reporting to the Group Sales Director for the East Coast, you will lead efforts to develop and maintain key relationships in your region, ensuring that clients receive real value from GumGum's innovative products. Your role will involve identifying new business opportunities, conducting presentations, and negotiating contracts that align with client needs and GumGum's strategic goals.

You will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure that client expectations are met and exceeded. This includes working with marketing to align messaging and campaigns with sales efforts, as well as engaging with product teams to provide feedback that can enhance product offerings. Your ability to analyze market trends and client feedback will be crucial in shaping GumGum's sales strategy and product development.

In this role, you will also be expected to track sales performance metrics and report on progress towards sales goals. Your insights will help inform future strategies and initiatives aimed at driving growth and enhancing client satisfaction.
