Senior Software Engineer (Tenant Management)

Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in backend engineering, with a strong focus on building production systems that are both secure and reliable. Your expertise in Java and Python allows you to design and implement robust backend solutions that support critical business functions. You understand the importance of authentication and authorization systems, and you have experience working with tenant data management.

Your familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly AWS, enables you to leverage cloud services effectively in your projects. You are comfortable using Docker for containerization, ensuring that your applications are portable and scalable. You have a solid understanding of REST API design principles, allowing you to create APIs that are both efficient and easy to use.

What you'll do

As a Senior Software Engineer at Beamery, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the core systems that underpin our Tenant Management services. You will work on authentication and authorization mechanisms, ensuring that our systems are secure and compliant with industry standards. Your role will involve designing and implementing features that enhance the user experience for our internal teams and clients.

You will collaborate with other engineers to build scalable backend services that support our AI-driven HR technology platform. This includes working on integrations with major platforms like SAP and Workday, as well as developing new features that leverage our proprietary LLMs and knowledge graph technology. Your contributions will directly impact how our clients make talent decisions and manage their workforce.

You will participate in code reviews and contribute to the team's best practices, helping to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
