Teya is seeking a GTM Recruiter to build their commercial teams in Madrid. You'll partner with local leadership to create talent pipelines for Sales and Customer Support roles. This position requires experience in recruitment and a passion for supporting small businesses.
You have a strong background in recruitment, ideally with experience in building commercial teams. You understand the importance of delivering quality candidates quickly and efficiently, and you thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can make a significant impact. Your ability to partner with leadership and understand their needs allows you to create effective talent pipelines that align with the company's mission. Experience in the payments or software industry is a plus, as is familiarity with the local market in Spain. You are proactive in your approach to recruitment and are comfortable using various sourcing techniques to find the best talent.
