Dropbox is seeking a Staff Product Manager for their Core Sync team to lead the strategy and execution of their Sync Engine technology. This role requires a blend of technical depth and strategic vision, focusing on enhancing user experiences across devices.
You have a strong background in product management with a focus on technical products, ideally with experience in file synchronization or storage technologies. Your ability to define and evangelize long-term product vision and strategy is complemented by your experience leading cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and data scientists. You understand the intricacies of distributed file systems and OS-level integration, translating complex technical details into user-friendly experiences. Your track record demonstrates delivering positive outcomes in technically complex domains, and you have experience mentoring other product managers or serving as a cultural leader within a high-performing product organization.
Experience with cloud storage solutions or similar technologies would be a plus. Familiarity with agile methodologies and product development processes will help you thrive in this role. You are comfortable engaging with partner teams across the organization to align shared goals and drive product success.
