Arcesium is seeking a Principal Solution Architect to bridge the gap between their platform and clients' business requirements. You'll work closely with customer stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions. This role requires extensive experience in solution architecture within the financial technology sector.
You have a strong background in solution architecture, particularly within the financial technology sector, and possess the ability to translate complex business requirements into effective technical solutions. Your experience includes working directly with senior stakeholders, such as CTOs and CDOs, to guide them in leveraging technology for business transformation. You are intellectually curious and proactive, always seeking to understand the nuances of client needs and how to address them effectively. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with product teams to ensure that solutions are not only innovative but also practical and scalable.
Experience with data-driven solutions and a deep understanding of investment management businesses will set you apart. Familiarity with modern technology stacks and cloud solutions is a plus, as is a track record of successfully deploying solutions that have had a measurable impact on business outcomes. You are comfortable navigating complex organizational structures and can communicate effectively across different levels of an organization.
