The ASE Security team is seeking an experienced Security Engineering Program Manager to help manage and scale our Security Training & Outreach Team. As an Engineering Program Manager supporting Security Training & Outreach, you will partner with a wide variety of technical teams across ASE, helping them become more security self-sufficient through clear guidance, targeted outreach, and high-quality learning experiences. In this role, you will serve as an Engineering Program Manager for the Security Training & Outreach team, owning programs that deliver technical security education at scale. You will lead cross-functional planning, define requirements, and coordinate engineering and security contributors to build accurate, high-quality training materials. Your responsibilities include reviewing technical content, driving curriculum development, and supporting the broader Security Champions ecosystem. You will help spread a strong security culture across ASE by empowering developers with the knowledge and resources to build securely and enable greater security self sufficiency. A key part of the role will be scaling security uplift and adoption efforts through targeted outreach campaigns and technical materials that meet teams where they are. You’ll apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure training initiatives address real security challenges and deliver measurable impact. This role requires exceptional communication skills, the ability to influence without authority, and a deep understanding of technical domains to keep programs aligned to strategic security priorities.
