You have a strong background in program management, ideally with experience in operations and process improvement. You understand the importance of operational capabilities and have a track record of managing programs that enhance efficiency and compliance. You are comfortable working with cross-functional teams and can effectively communicate with product managers, software developers, and operations stakeholders. You are detail-oriented and have a passion for creating processes that benefit both customers and associates.
Experience in logistics or supply chain management is a plus. Familiarity with data analysis and dashboard creation will help you track success metrics effectively. You are proactive in identifying areas for improvement and have a knack for innovative problem-solving.
In this role, you will own the scoping, designing, and implementing of operational capabilities to support new business needs. You will work on operational processes aimed at reducing costs through performance efficiencies. Your responsibilities will include developing Standard Operating Procedures to ensure compliance, quality, and scalability across the organization. You will also create field tools and dashboards that assist with the execution of operational strategies. Collaboration with other teams within WWR&R will be essential as you share projects and insights to drive overall success.

Amazon provides a competitive salary range of $74,200.00 - $129,800.00 USD annually, along with comprehensive benefits including 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
