NICE is seeking a Sales Associate to drive account growth and increase revenue yield within Enterprise and Strategic accounts. You'll collaborate closely with Account Executives and leverage your SaaS sales experience to close deals and generate pipeline.
You have 2+ years of experience in SaaS sales, demonstrating a proven ability to create pipeline and close deals that meet or exceed goals. Your skills in multi-threading conversations below the executive level allow you to uncover opportunities effectively. You thrive in a high-impact sales environment and are motivated by the challenge of accelerating account penetration and driving measurable growth.
You are a strategic thinker who can coordinate with Account Executives on actions that expand relationships and drive growth. Your experience has equipped you with the ability to own and close right-sized opportunities that accelerate total account Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR). You understand the importance of generating incremental pipeline through targeted outreach and re-engagement of dormant opportunities.
You possess strong communication skills that enable you to maintain momentum between AE-led executive conversations, advancing procurement, legal, and technical threads. Your ability to execute expansion and cross-sell motions is key to increasing deal size, velocity, and account penetration.
As a Sales Associate on the Account Growth Team, your mission is to act as a growth multiplier within Enterprise and Strategic accounts.
