Paint Technician

You have a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive painting experience, demonstrating your ability to match and mix paint colors effectively. Your expertise in using water-based paint ensures high-quality finishes on vehicles. What you'll do

As a Paint Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for painting vehicles inside our advanced paint booths. Your role will involve matching and mixing paint colors to ensure that each vehicle meets our high standards. You will work closely with other team members to maintain a smooth workflow and ensure that vehicles are delivered on time.

You will also participate in training programs if you are joining in an entry-level position, allowing you to develop your skills and advance your career within the company.
