You have a Bachelor’s degree or higher and possess 2-3 years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, banking, technology, or a related field. You are excited about transforming the support experience for merchants and have a strong understanding of data-driven decision-making. You thrive in cross-functional environments, collaborating with product, operations, marketing, sales, finance, and analytics teams to drive key initiatives. You are passionate about building strategies that help merchants succeed on the DoorDash platform, ensuring they receive fast and seamless solutions when facing issues. You are adept at analyzing data to inform your strategies and are committed to enhancing merchant satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
As a Senior Associate in Merchant Strategy & Operations at DoorDash, you will lead the support experience for our merchants, owning both the strategy and execution of how we serve them once they’re live on the platform. You will be responsible for transforming support into a tech-first, scalable, and seamless experience that drives merchant satisfaction. You will strategize on building the best practices for helping merchants succeed, minimizing operational friction, and providing fast solutions when issues arise. You will experiment, analyze, and implement new initiatives based on data-driven decision-making to enhance the merchant experience. Your role will involve influencing cross-functional teams to land key initiatives that improve the overall experience for our merchants. You will work closely with various departments to ensure that the strategies you develop are effectively executed and that merchants receive the support they need to thrive on the DoorDash platform.
