LaunchDarkly is seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to nurture and expand relationships with large enterprise accounts. This role requires exceptional business acumen and a customer-centric approach.
You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in managing large enterprise accounts, and possess exceptional business acumen that allows you to understand client needs deeply. Your customer-centric approach ensures that you prioritize client satisfaction and success in every interaction. You thrive in environments where you can work autonomously, demonstrating self-motivation and adaptability as you navigate the complexities of enterprise sales. You are skilled in developing comprehensive territory and account plans, proactively driving outbound pipeline generation, and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience in the software industry is a plus, as is familiarity with tools and methodologies that enhance customer engagement and account management. You are comfortable wearing multiple hats and can pivot between strategic planning and tactical execution seamlessly. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders sets you apart, allowing you to elevate your company's visibility and impact within large enterprises.
In this role, you will take ownership of large enterprise accounts, acting as the primary point of contact and relationship owner. You will develop and execute territory and account plans that drive growth and ensure successful adoption of LaunchDarkly's solutions within these organizations. Your responsibilities will include coordinating closely with pre-and-post sales engineering, customer success, and support teams to guarantee client satisfaction and seamless integration of our products. You will also be tasked with increasing LaunchDarkly's visibility in the market, communicating our value proposition effectively to potential clients.
You will engage in proactive outreach to generate new business opportunities, leveraging your network and industry knowledge to identify potential clients. Your role will require you to analyze market trends and client feedback to refine your approach continually. You will collaborate with Business Development Representatives to ensure a steady pipeline of opportunities and will be expected to report on your progress and results regularly.
