What you'll do

In this role, you will lead Xometry's Partner Network initiatives, focusing on optimizing partner performance by analyzing data and enforcing manufacturing standards. You will identify performance and training gaps within your portfolio, developing strategies to improve partner outcomes. Creating and implementing partner certification programs will be a key responsibility, establishing quality benchmarks and standards akin to supplier quality assurance. You will manage the Partner Outsourcing Group, ensuring that partnerships are built on trust and lead to predictable outcomes in quality and on-time delivery. Your role will involve regular communication with partners to provide guidance and support, helping them to enhance their capabilities and align with Xometry's operational goals.
