Kaseya is seeking a Senior Manager for GTM Strategy & Operations to lead strategic and operational initiatives that impact their customer base. This role requires strong analytical skills and experience in strategy development.
You have a proven track record in strategy and operations, with at least 5 years of experience in a managerial role. Your analytical mindset allows you to assess complex business challenges and develop actionable strategies that drive growth. You are adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment between strategy and execution. Your communication skills enable you to convey insights and recommendations effectively to stakeholders at all levels. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously. You are passionate about leveraging data to inform decision-making and improve operational efficiency.
Experience in the IT or software industry is a plus, as is familiarity with Managed Service Providers (MSPs). A background in analytics or data-driven decision-making will set you apart. You are also encouraged to apply if you have experience in leading teams and mentoring junior staff.
