As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will be responsible for driving user acquisition and activation through effective sales strategies. You will engage with potential clients, presenting Hibu's best-in-class digital marketing offerings in partnership with major platforms like Google, Amazon, Instagram, Meta, and Microsoft. Your role will involve building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that meet their marketing goals. You will participate in comprehensive training programs, including three weeks of classroom training followed by nine weeks of field training, ensuring you are well-equipped to succeed in your role. You will also have the opportunity to earn monthly bonuses and participate in recognition and incentive programs, including an annual President’s Club Trip. Your success will be measured by your ability to meet sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Hibu offers a competitive base salary of $54,000, with total on-target earnings in the first year around $102,000, and the potential to earn more through uncapped commissions and bonuses.
