  • Lead the definition of the electrical system architecture for next-gen Beam products, including high-speed digital interfaces, power delivery networks, and sensor integration.
  • Partner closely with Software and Firmware engineering teams to define hardware-software interfaces, debug complex system-level issues, and optimize power management states.
  • Grow the technical capabilities of the engineering team, fostering a culture of engineering excellence and rigorous design validation. Manage technical relationships with JDM/ODM partners and component vendors to ensure successful manufacturing builds.
  • Own the hardware development life-cycle: from initial concept and schematic capture to PCB layout supervision, prototype bring-up, and Mass Production (MP). Drive component selection and trade-off analysis (power, cost, performance, and thermal) to meet product requirements.
  • Work with Signal Integrity and Power Integrity (SI/PI) experts to ensure robust design margins for high-speed interfaces (e.g., PCIe, MIPI, DDR, USB).
