Desirable

Experience in the hospitality or vacation rental industry is a plus, as is familiarity with property management systems. You are adaptable and can handle a variety of tasks, from administrative duties to on-the-ground support. A valid driver’s license is required, and you are at least 21 years of age with a clean driving record.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead and develop a team of employees through effective coaching, mentoring, and performance management. You will conduct regular one-on-one meetings and annual evaluations to support professional growth and ensure alignment with company goals. Overseeing the daily operations and workflow management of your assigned portfolio of properties will be a key responsibility, as you work to optimize team productivity and meet departmental objectives. You will also be involved in resolving guest issues and ensuring a high standard of service is maintained across all properties.

Vacasa offers a competitive salary range of $58,000 to $65,000 per year, with actual pay varying based on your skills, experience, education, and location.
