You'll work with SQL and statistical modeling to drive data-driven product development. This role requires strong analytical skills and offers a competitive salary range of $140,670 to $195,400.
You have 5+ years of experience in data analysis, particularly in a product-focused environment where you've developed insights that drive user engagement and retention. Your expertise in SQL allows you to manipulate and analyze large datasets effectively, and you are comfortable using statistical modeling techniques to derive actionable insights. You have a strong understanding of user behavior and can translate complex data findings into clear recommendations for product teams.
You thrive in collaborative settings, working closely with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to foster a data-driven culture. Your ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders is one of your key strengths, enabling you to influence product roadmaps and strategic decisions. You are detail-oriented and have a knack for developing dashboards that provide real-time insights into user interactions and product performance.
Experience in the financial services industry is a plus, as is familiarity with regulatory compliance and risk management. You are comfortable with experimentation and A/B testing methodologies, which you use to validate hypotheses and improve product features. Your analytical mindset is complemented by a proactive approach to problem-solving, allowing you to identify opportunities for improvement in member experiences.

Your work will involve close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and marketing, to ensure that data insights are effectively integrated into product development processes.
You will lead efforts to create and maintain dashboards that track key performance indicators, enabling stakeholders to monitor engagement and retention metrics in real-time. Your expertise in statistical modeling will be crucial as you design experiments to test new features and assess their impact on user behavior. You will also play a key role in advising product roadmaps based on your analysis, ensuring that Chime remains a trusted financial partner for its members.
Chime offers a competitive salary range starting at $140,670 and going up to $195,400, depending on your experience and qualifications. In addition to a base salary, full-time employees are eligible for bonuses and a competitive equity package. You will be part of a mission-driven organization that prioritizes member safety and satisfaction, working in a collaborative environment that values data-driven decision-making. We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't match every requirement, as we believe diverse perspectives contribute to our success.
