You have extensive experience in sterile operations, particularly in compounding, and are well-versed in compliance with USP 797 and USP 800 standards. Your background includes managing teams and ensuring adherence to strict health regulations, making you a subject matter expert in the field. You possess strong leadership skills, enabling you to train and supervise compounding personnel effectively. You understand the importance of aseptic techniques and cleanroom standards, ensuring that all operations meet the highest safety and quality standards.
Experience in a healthcare or pharmaceutical setting is a plus, as is familiarity with state and federal laws regarding sterile compounding. You are proactive in identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices within your team. Your ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, is crucial for success in this role.
As the Senior Manager of Sterile Operations, you will oversee the operations of the Modular Cleanroom Suite, ensuring that all sterile compounding activities comply with established guidelines. You will serve as one of the Designated Persons for USP 797 and USP 800, maintaining high standards of aseptic technique and cleanroom practices. Your role will involve training and supervising a team of shift managers and compounding personnel, fostering a culture of safety and compliance. You will be responsible for conducting regular audits and assessments to ensure adherence to protocols and identify areas for improvement. Additionally, you will collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and enhance the overall efficiency of the compounding process.
