Carvana is hiring an Inventory Associate / Lot Attendant for entry-level auto roles. You'll be responsible for detailing vehicles, moving them between departments, and inspecting for defects. This position is based in Haines City, FL.

You possess a valid driver’s license and can read, write, speak, and understand English. You are ready to take on various roles, including detailing vehicles, moving them within the Inspection Centers, and inspecting for any imperfections. While no specific skills are required, any prior experience in automotive roles or a passion for cars will be beneficial. A willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks is essential for success in this role.
As an Inventory Associate / Lot Attendant, you will be responsible for detailing vehicles, which includes washing, interior cleaning, and exterior buffing. You will also move vehicles from one department to another within our Inspection Centers, ensuring that they are in the right place for inspection and sale. Additionally, you may take photos of vehicles for customer viewing and inspect the interior and exterior of vehicles to identify any imperfections or defects. You will receive training to develop your skills and ensure your pay progresses along with the company.
