What you'll do

As a Servicing Reporting Specialist at GoodLeap, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and compiling data to support the flow of information to Investors and Servicing Leadership. You will work closely with internal teams and our sub-servicer to ensure that all business and data requirements are met. Your role will involve creating presentations and training materials that effectively communicate key insights and findings. You will also be tasked with troubleshooting complex issues as they arise, providing support and guidance to your colleagues.

In this position, you will have the opportunity to direct and support project work, acting as a subject matter expert in your field.
