You have a proven track record in channel sales, ideally within the cybersecurity sector, and possess strong leadership skills to drive sales strategies across Australia and New Zealand. Your experience includes managing relationships with resellers and service providers, ensuring they are equipped to sell Sophos' advanced security solutions effectively. You understand the nuances of the cybersecurity landscape and can articulate the value of Sophos' offerings to partners and customers alike.
You are adept at developing and executing sales plans that align with company objectives, leveraging your analytical skills to assess market trends and identify growth opportunities. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to engage with stakeholders at all levels, from technical teams to executive leadership. Experience in managing a team of sales professionals and a deep understanding of the cybersecurity market will set you apart. As the Head of Channels for Australia and New Zealand, you will be responsible for developing and executing the channel sales strategy to drive revenue growth. You will work closely with reseller partners and Managed Service Providers (MSPs) to ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to effectively sell Sophos' cybersecurity solutions. Your role will involve training and supporting partners, helping them understand the full portfolio of Sophos products, including endpoint, network, email, and cloud security solutions.
You will analyze market trends and partner performance to identify areas for improvement and growth. Collaborating with marketing and product teams, you will create compelling value propositions that resonate with partners and their customers. You will also be responsible for setting sales targets and KPIs for the channel team, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
In addition to managing existing partnerships, you will actively seek out new opportunities to expand Sophos' channel presence in the region. This includes identifying potential partners and conducting outreach to establish relationships. You will represent Sophos at industry events and conferences, showcasing the company's innovative solutions and thought leadership in cybersecurity.
