Multiverse is seeking an Additional Learning Needs (ALN) Manager to lead equitable access to learning for apprentices with additional learning needs. This role involves strategic planning and operational execution to support disabled learners. Experience in educational support or management is essential.
You have a strong background in educational support or management, ideally with experience working with individuals with additional learning needs. You understand the importance of equitable access to learning and are passionate about creating inclusive environments for all learners. Your strategic thinking and operational skills enable you to define and execute effective support strategies. You are a collaborative team player who can work closely with various stakeholders to ensure the success of learners with additional needs. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to advocate for learners and articulate their needs effectively. You are committed to continuous improvement and are eager to shape the future of learner support at Multiverse.
As the ALN Manager, you will lead the provision of support for apprentices with additional learning needs, ensuring they have equitable access to learning opportunities. You will define and oversee the ALN provision, developing strategies that cater to the diverse needs of learners. Your role will involve collaborating with the Senior Manager for Apprentice Support to implement best practices in learner support. You will be responsible for training and developing your team to deliver high-quality support services. Additionally, you will monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of ALN strategies, making adjustments as necessary to improve outcomes for learners. You will engage with external partners and stakeholders to enhance the support framework and advocate for the needs of disabled learners. Your leadership will play a pivotal role in fostering an inclusive culture within Multiverse, ensuring that all apprentices can thrive in their learning journeys.
