Learning and Development Consultant (10 months contract/Bangkok based)

What you'll do

In this role, you will work closely with the Agoda People Development & Performance team to identify learning needs and develop tailored solutions that enhance employee capabilities. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure that learning programs are relevant and impactful, contributing to the overall success of the organization. Your responsibilities will include designing training materials, facilitating workshops, and evaluating the effectiveness of learning initiatives. You will also play a key role in promoting a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization, ensuring that employees are equipped with the skills they need to succeed.
