Coupa Software, Inc. is hiring an HR Business Partner to support the Revenue Organization in the Americas. You'll play a critical role in accelerating business growth and ensuring that sales and customer-facing teams are motivated and efficiently structured. This position requires experience in people operations and a collaborative mindset.
You have a strong background in human resources, ideally with experience as an HR Business Partner supporting sales or revenue teams. You understand the importance of aligning HR strategies with business goals and have a proven track record of fostering collaboration and teamwork within organizations. You are skilled in motivating teams and ensuring they are equipped to meet ambitious targets. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively engage with various stakeholders across the organization. You are data-driven and can leverage analytics to inform HR decisions and strategies. You thrive in a dynamic environment and are adaptable to the changing needs of the business.
In this role, you will support the Americas Revenue Organization by providing strategic HR guidance and support. You will work closely with sales and customer-facing teams to ensure they are motivated, skilled, and structured efficiently. You will facilitate training and development programs to enhance team performance and drive business results.
