The Role

As a Retoucher, you will play a key role in refining and elevating the visual identity of the brand. You will retouch, color grade, and prepare high-quality fashion imagery to align with creative and brand standards. Working closely with photographers, art directors, and content teams, you will ensure consistency and quality across collections while balancing creativity with efficiency in a high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-end retouching of fashion images with accuracy and consistency, including skin cleanup, garment correction, and background cleanup while maintaining a natural, non-destructive look
  

• Apply refined and cohesive color grading in alignment with brand and seasonal guidelines, ensuring tonal harmony across collections
  

• Manage raw files, apply initial corrections, and organize shoot sessions using Capture One Pro; collaborate closely with photographers on set and off
  

• Utilize AI-based retouching and masking tools to streamline workflows without compromising quality or creative intent
  

• Maintain image quality across high volumes with minimal supervision, including batch retouching and versioning
  

• Collaborate with stylists, art directors, photographers, and content teams to ensure visual output meets creative standards and campaign objectives
  

• Organize and archive final files appropriately, ensuring compliance with internal naming conventions and file management systems
  

Ideal Candidate

• 3+ years of professional experience as a photo retoucher in fashion, editorial, or high-end e-commerce environments
  

• Expert proficiency in Capture One Pro for RAW image processing
  

• Advanced Adobe Photoshop skills including layer-based editing, masking, frequency separation, and compositing
  

• Proven expertise in color grading with strong visual sensibility for fashion tones and editorial aesthetics
  

• Experience with AI retouching tools and workflows
  

• Excellent eye for detail and commitment to upholding brand style guidelines
  

• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality
  

• Strong communication and collaboration skills in a team-oriented environment
