Desirable

Experience with data center operations or similar environments is a plus, as is familiarity with diesel generators and three-phase electrical systems. You are comfortable working with various equipment, including switch gear, UPSs, PDUs, and cooling systems. A background in AWS infrastructure services would also be beneficial, as it aligns with the mission of keeping the cloud running effectively.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting the electrical and mechanical systems that support AWS data centers. You will operate and monitor critical equipment, ensuring that all systems are functioning optimally. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining the high uptime standards that AWS is known for. You will work closely with other technicians and engineers to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
