What you'll do

In this role, you will be the operational backbone of Waymo's machine learning initiatives, owning and driving complex programs that deliver high-quality data. You will orchestrate the end-to-end data lifecycle, from defining requirements for new datasets and tooling to scaling data pipelines. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with various teams to ensure that the machine learning teams have the resources they need to innovate. You will lead proactive risk management efforts, developing contingency plans to address potential challenges across the program landscape. Your ability to align execution with product goals will be crucial in driving the success of Waymo's autonomous driving technology.

What we offer

Waymo offers a competitive salary range of $152,000—$192,000 USD, along with eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus program and an equity incentive plan.
