OpenGov is seeking a Talent Management Director to lead the design and implementation of talent programs that attract and retain top talent. This role requires strong program management skills and collaboration with HR and business leaders.
You are a strategic, execution-driven leader with a proven track record in talent management. With over 5 years of experience in designing and operationalizing talent programs, you understand how to attract, develop, and retain top talent in an organization. You have a strong background in performance management, succession planning, and career development, ensuring that all initiatives are scalable and aligned with organizational priorities. Your ability to partner closely with HR Business Partners, HR Centers of Excellence, and business leaders allows you to effectively plan, launch, and measure talent programs. You bring a disciplined approach to program management, ensuring that all initiatives are well-communicated and adopted across the organization.
Experience in the public sector or with government organizations is a plus, as is familiarity with AI and ERP solutions. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a focus on delivering results. Your strong communication skills enable you to articulate the value of talent initiatives to stakeholders at all levels.
As the Talent Management Director at OpenGov, you will own the end-to-end delivery of core talent initiatives. This includes overseeing performance management processes, succession planning, and leadership development programs.
