You have a strong background in executive communications, with experience shaping narratives for senior leaders. You possess strategic judgment and the ability to execute hands-on initiatives that elevate executive visibility. Your expertise includes writing speeches, talking points, and internal narratives that simplify complex ideas. You are skilled in partnering with various departments, including Marketing, Product, and PR, to ensure a cohesive message across the organization. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are adept at building systems that scale executive storytelling. You understand the importance of maintaining a consistent messaging rhythm that reinforces the company's voice in the AI and enterprise software ecosystems.
In this role, you will lead the executive communications program for the CEO and select senior leaders, defining strategic themes and audiences that shape executive visibility. You will write speeches, op-eds, and long-form messages that convey MongoDB's mission and culture. You will partner with Strategic Events to develop keynotes and evaluate high-impact opportunities for executive visibility in industry forums and media. Your work will involve shaping and evolving the MongoDB narrative to ensure alignment between product, culture, and mission. You will maintain a consistent publishing rhythm that reinforces MongoDB's voice across various channels. You will also collaborate with senior executives to identify and leverage opportunities that enhance the company's leadership narrative in global markets.
MongoDB offers a competitive salary range for this role, with a base salary between $115,000 and $226,000 USD. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment that values innovation and collaboration. You will play a crucial role in shaping the company's narrative during a defining phase of growth, working closely with the CEO and senior leadership.
