You have 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create user-centered designs that enhance customer experiences. You are proficient in Figma and have a deep understanding of design principles, usability, and accessibility. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with product managers and engineers to bring your designs to life. You are passionate about Conversational Commerce and understand how design can transform customer interactions into meaningful relationships. You are committed to design excellence and are always looking for ways to improve your craft. You value diversity and inclusion, believing that diverse teams drive innovation and better decision-making.

Desirable

Experience in ecommerce or AI-driven products is a plus. Familiarity with user research methodologies and A/B testing will help you make data-driven design decisions. You are comfortable presenting your ideas and designs to stakeholders and can articulate your design rationale effectively.

What you'll do

As a Senior Product Designer at Gorgias, you will lead the design efforts for our Conversational Commerce platform, ensuring that every interaction feels personal and seamless. You will collaborate with a team of designers, product managers, and engineers to create intuitive user interfaces that enhance the shopping experience. You will conduct user research to gather insights and validate design concepts, iterating on your designs based on feedback and data. You will participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to your peers, fostering a culture of design excellence within the team.
