You possess a valid driver’s license and are able to read, write, speak, and understand English, which are essential for this role.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting each vehicle for any mechanical, drivability, or cosmetic concerns. You will wash and vacuum all inventory regularly, ensuring that every vehicle meets Carvana's high standards of cleanliness. Additionally, you will complete multi-point inspections on arriving inventory, which includes checking fuel levels, safety features, and conducting drivability tests. Your attention to detail will play a crucial role in maintaining the appearance of the vehicles and ensuring they are ready for customer viewing and delivery.

What we offer

Carvana offers a part-time position with a competitive starting hourly rate of $15/hr, with the potential for significant growth based on performance. You can expect regular pay increases every three months, allowing you to progress from $15/hr to $16/hr within your first year through our performance-based Careers Not Jobs program.
