Deliveroo is seeking a Senior Compliance Manager to oversee compliance operations within their Global Delivery Operations department. You'll collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless compliance and manage complex incidents. This role requires strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.
You have extensive experience in compliance management, ideally within a fast-paced operational environment. Your background includes developing and implementing compliance policies that enhance operational efficiency and trust among stakeholders. You are skilled in incident management and possess a keen analytical mindset to identify compliance risks and propose effective solutions. You thrive in collaborative settings, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance operations are executed seamlessly. Your communication skills enable you to articulate compliance strategies effectively to various stakeholders, ensuring alignment across departments. In this role, you will oversee the strategy and execution of key rider policies, partnering with Data Science to quantify compliance risks and design policy logic. You will lead the execution and optimization of these policies globally, working with local markets and Rider Support to track performance and iterate for continuous improvement. As the primary point of contact for compliance breach incidents, you will lead cross-functional response teams to contain issues and perform root cause analyses to understand breaches. You will turn incident learnings into long-term policy strategies, proposing structural solutions to prevent future occurrences. Your role will require you to stay updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices, ensuring that Deliveroo remains compliant and maintains the trust of its consumers, riders, and partners.
