What you'll do

In this role, you will oversee the strategy and execution of key rider policies, partnering with Data Science to quantify compliance risks and design policy logic. You will lead the execution and optimization of these policies globally, working with local markets and Rider Support to track performance and iterate for continuous improvement. As the primary point of contact for compliance breach incidents, you will lead cross-functional response teams to contain issues and perform root cause analyses to understand breaches. You will turn incident learnings into long-term policy strategies, proposing structural solutions to prevent future occurrences. Your role will require you to stay updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices, ensuring that Deliveroo remains compliant and maintains the trust of its consumers, riders, and partners.
