Overview

Webflow is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the VP of Sales, VP of Revenue Operations, and VP of Partnerships. You'll ensure alignment on revenue goals and contribute to team culture in a remote-first environment. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative setting.

Job Description

Who you are

You are an organized and proactive individual with experience in providing executive support. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are adept at managing both synchronous and asynchronous communication. You understand the importance of maintaining comprehensive documentation and actively contributing to team culture. You are passionate about supporting the strategic success of your leaders and the broader Revenue organization.

You have a strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively, ensuring that executives can focus on their highest-impact priorities. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing needs and priorities. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to act as a trusted partner to your executives.

Desirable

Experience in a tech or startup environment is a plus, as is familiarity with revenue operations. You may have a background in project management or operations, which would enhance your ability to contribute to the team's success.

What you'll do

In this role, you will serve as a strategic partner to the VP of Sales, VP of Revenue Operations, and VP of Partnerships. You will help ensure alignment on revenue goals and objectives, facilitating communication and collaboration across teams. Your responsibilities will include managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing documentation for key discussions.

You will actively contribute to team culture and engagement in a distributed environment, helping to foster an inclusive and collaborative atmosphere. You will also assist in tracking progress on revenue initiatives and support the executives in their day-to-day operations.
