You have a strong background in integration solutions, particularly within the Life Sciences or Healthcare sectors. You excel in collaborating with customer stakeholders to design and support integrations, ensuring their long-term success. Your communication skills allow you to effectively manage escalations and demonstrate value through proactive engagement. You are adaptable and thrive in a remote work environment, with a preference for Eastern or Central Time Zone.

What you'll do

As a Consultant - Integration at Veeva Systems, you will be responsible for implementing integrations for SiteVault, a solution tailored for clinical research sites. You will serve as the main point of contact between Veeva and key customer stakeholders, driving collaboration and managing escalations. Your role will involve investigating and implementing new integrations, coordinating with both customer stakeholders and internal teams to ensure successful outcomes. You will play a key part in transforming the life sciences industry by helping customers bring therapies to patients faster.
