Axon is seeking a Technical Account Manager II to support and deploy software solutions within law enforcement agencies. You'll leverage your expertise to manage complex deployments and foster strong customer relationships. This role is based on-site in Greensboro, NC.
You have a strong background in technical account management, ideally with experience in deploying software solutions within law enforcement or similar sectors. You are skilled at diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues, ensuring that customers can effectively utilize technology to enhance public safety. Your ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients is paramount, as you will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned agencies. You are proactive in driving software adoption and act as an advocate for the customer within your organization. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to making a meaningful impact through your work.
In this role, you will act as the main technical liaison for assigned law enforcement agencies, diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues with Axon's products and services. You will collaborate closely with deployment teams to ensure successful implementation of software solutions, providing high-level technical support throughout the process. Your responsibilities will include managing customer expectations, driving software adoption, and ensuring that the technology is effectively utilized to enhance public safety. You will also be involved in training agency personnel on the use of Axon's products, ensuring they are equipped to leverage the technology to its fullest potential.
