KnowBe4 is seeking a Regional Account Executive to drive new customer acquisition and upsell existing enterprise accounts. This role requires fluency in Dutch and a strong focus on maximizing revenue opportunities.
You are a driven sales professional with a proven track record in acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts. With your fluency in Dutch, you can effectively communicate and build relationships with enterprise-level clients in the Netherlands. You understand the cybersecurity landscape and are passionate about helping organizations enhance their security culture. Your approach is consultative, and you thrive on understanding client needs to provide tailored solutions that meet their challenges.
You have experience in a similar role, ideally within the technology or cybersecurity sectors, and are comfortable navigating complex sales cycles. Your ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer success, ensures that you can deliver a seamless experience for clients. You are results-oriented and motivated by achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Experience in the cybersecurity industry is a plus, as is familiarity with Human Risk Management solutions. You are adept at using CRM tools to manage your pipeline and track progress. Your strong negotiation skills and ability to articulate value propositions will set you apart in this role.
As a Regional Account Executive at KnowBe4, you will be responsible for acquiring new logos and upselling to existing enterprise accounts. Your primary goal will be to maximize revenue opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction. You will engage with potential clients through various channels, including networking events, cold outreach, and referrals. Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders will be crucial to your success.
You will conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and tailor your sales approach accordingly. Presenting KnowBe4's innovative solutions to prospective clients will be a key part of your role, as will negotiating contracts and closing deals. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns that resonate with your audience.
In addition to new business development, you will work on expanding existing accounts by identifying upsell opportunities and ensuring clients are fully utilizing KnowBe4's offerings. Regularly reviewing account performance and client feedback will help you refine your approach and drive continuous improvement.
