What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the Forward Deployed Engineering Team at Postman, establishing and scaling a group of engineers who will embed directly with our most strategic customers. You will focus on solving complex, mission-critical challenges that require innovative solutions. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with customers to understand their needs and deploying Postman’s solutions effectively. You will drive the transformation of their business and products by leveraging your team's expertise and Postman's capabilities. You will also be responsible for setting the vision and strategy for the team, ensuring alignment with Postman's overall goals.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management and sales, to ensure that customer feedback is integrated into product development. Your role will involve regular communication with stakeholders to report on progress and outcomes, as well as identifying opportunities for further engagement and improvement. You will mentor and develop your team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
