What you'll do

As the Manager of the Search Engineering team, you will lead a group of engineers responsible for building the core infrastructure and services behind Lucidworks’ search and personalization platform. You will balance people leadership with technical stewardship, coaching engineers and fostering collaboration across time zones. Your role will involve partnering closely with your team to design, build, and evolve reliable, scalable solutions that meet customer needs. You will oversee the development of tools that scale Fusion in the cloud, automate deployment and failure recovery, and improve service efficiency. You will also be responsible for setting clear expectations and ensuring that your team is aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
