Dropbox is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of AI-powered experiences within Dash. You'll collaborate with engineering, design, and data science teams to redefine productivity tools. This role requires a strong background in AI/ML and product management.
You have extensive experience in product management, particularly in AI/ML, and a proven track record of leading high-impact projects. Your background includes working on productivity-enhancing tools, and you possess a deep understanding of user needs and market trends. You are adept at translating ambiguous problems into clear strategies and roadmaps, ensuring alignment across various functions. Your technical fluency in AI/ML systems allows you to effectively collaborate with engineering and data science teams. You are customer-obsessed, always seeking to enhance user experiences through innovative solutions. You thrive in environments that require navigating complex stakeholder dynamics, and you excel at communicating with both executive and individual contributor audiences.
Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and familiarity with ethical considerations in AI product development are highly valued. In this role, you will own and evolve the product vision and roadmap for Dash’s surfaces and Start Page, driving alignment across functions. You will translate ambiguous problems and AI opportunities into clear strategies, experiments, and roadmaps. Partnering closely with engineering, design, data science, and go-to-market teams, you will ship innovative, AI-powered features at scale. You will collaborate with the Dropbox AI/ML and Platform teams to ensure scalable and impactful product experiences. Your work will involve exploring new interaction models and pushing the boundaries of what AI can do for productivity. You will be responsible for defining the vision for Dash’s most visible surfaces and entry points, ensuring they serve as effective hubs for user focus and flow. Your role will also include conducting user research to gather insights that inform product decisions and enhance user engagement.
