AI/ML Architect

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and visionary AI Architect to join our dynamic team. As an AI Architect, you will be instrumental in shaping the AI strategy and technical direction of our projects. You will work closely with our talented team of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to design and implement state-of-the-art AI solutions that meet the needs of our clients and propel our company forward.

 

 

 

·      Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand their business objectives and pain points and translate them into AI-driven strategies and solutions.

·      Lead the design and architecture of end-to-end AI systems, including data collection, preprocessing, feature engineering, model selection, training, and deployment.

·      Stay informed about the latest advancements in AI and machine learning to ensure our solutions remain at the cutting edge.

 

·      Provide technical expertise and guidance to our AI development team, including data scientists, machine learning engineers, and software developers.

·      Lead by example and promote best practices in AI development, ensuring code quality, scalability, and maintainability of AI systems.

·      Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and knowledge sharing within the AI team.

 

·      Oversee the development and evaluation of machine learning models to ensure they meet the highest standards of accuracy and performance.

·      Implement robust testing and validation procedures to identify and address potential issues early in the development process.

 

 

·      Collaborate with our DevOps and IT teams to design and maintain scalable AI infrastructure for efficient model training, testing, and deployment.

·      Ensure smooth integration of AI models into production systems and monitor their performance in real-world scenarios.

 

 

·      Champion data governance and privacy best practices to ensure ethical and responsible AI development.

·      Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to navigate potential legal and ethical implications related to AI projects.

 

 

·      Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. A Ph.D. is a plus.

·      Proven track record with10+yrs in designing and delivering enterprise grade AI-powered solutions, AI & ML products that drive customer and business value. Experience leading AI strategy for enterprise or large-scale platforms.

·      In-depth knowledge of various AI and machine learning techniques, such as deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision and reinforcement learning.

·      Proficiency in programming languages like Python, or Java, and experience with popular AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).

·      Excellent knowledge and good practical skills in major ML algorithms as applied to Natural Language Processing and Computer Vision.

·      Proficiency with LLMs, RAG and AI agents

·      Practical experience with deep learning projects

·      Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their AI-related services.

·      Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and propose innovative AI solutions.

·      Previous experience in supply chain and logistics preferred.

·      Outstanding communication and leadership skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

·      Certifications in cloud AI platforms or data engineering.

·      A portfolio of successful AI projects or publications in reputable conferences/journals is highly desirable.
