You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 7 years of experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Your ability to communicate fluently in one of the Nordic languages—Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish—enables you to effectively manage client relationships in this region. You possess a strong business acumen and a track record of building high-growth cross-functional teams, which has equipped you with the skills necessary to scale businesses successfully.
Your experience includes translating data into insights and actionable business priorities, and you have a solid understanding of the industry's challenges and growth directions. You are familiar with Google's products and services, and you are eager to explore new opportunities with partners to help them grow using Google's offerings. Your advanced degree, while preferred, is not a requirement, but it certainly adds to your qualifications.
Experience as a general manager in business development or sales strategy is a plus, as is a deep understanding of relevant verticals and relationships with key industry players. You are someone who thrives in collaborative environments and can align marketing, product, and central teams towards common objectives.
